My New Louis Vuitton Shoes Disappointing - Bodrum Store Refuses Exchange
I purchased a pair of shoes from your Louis Vuitton store in Bodrum on July 1st. I've always believed in your brand's name and quality, but it seems your Bodrum store staff doesn't share the same commitment. After trying on the shoes at home (they were never worn outside), I realized they weren't as appealing as they seemed in the store. When I bought them, they were the last pair and had been tried on multiple times. I'm baffled by how such a prestigious brand can be so indifferent about exchanges. I don't mean to belittle other companies, but they're far more accommodating than you.
What does it take to exchange a pair of shoes I've never worn? Why don't you trust your customers? I come from a textile family, and believe me, I'll be telling everyone in my circle about your lack of concern.
