Requesting a Reasonably Priced Replacement Part for My Logitech F710 Gamepad

I bought my Logitech-brand F710 gamepad from Media Markt 3 years ago, and two days ago I lost the gamepad's nano receiver. Based on my research, I saw that Logitech had sent replacement nano receivers as a one-time courtesy to other users in a similar situation, so I assumed I would be helped in the same way.

Because of this, I reached out to Logitech customer service by email. However, I was told that they didn't have a replacement nano receiver for the F710 in stock, and that I should instead purchase one from a nearby retail store or a third-party e-commerce site. Right now, third-party sellers are charging around $25 just for the nano receiver alone, while the gamepad itself typically sells for around $34. In other words, I'm being forced to pay almost the full price of the product just to get one small part.

Just as Logitech has done for other users before, I'm requesting that they send me a compatible nano receiver for the F710 gamepad as a gesture of goodwill, or at least offer a solution that lets me obtain one through an official channel at a reasonable price. Rather than forcing the customer into such a high third-party cost for this one small part that renders the entire product unusable, I expect an approach that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
