Logitech Logi Crayon Stopped Working After a Few Months
I purchased a Logitech Logi Crayon Digital Pen from Hepsiburada in May 2025 (Order No: 4452952586). I’ve been using it regularly, but since October 2025, for about three weeks, it has completely stopped working despite being fully charged.
To resolve the issue, I first contacted Hepsiburada customer service, but they told me that I needed to reach out directly to the manufacturer. I then contacted Logitech Support via email and attached my invoice. However, they informed me that I could not receive assistance because I no longer have the warranty card. The product is still within the warranty period, and I do have proof of purchase.
My primary request is to have the defective product repaired or replaced free of charge under warranty. However, given the unsatisfactory support experience, I would also like to request a refund if possible. I expect Logitech to address this negative experience and provide a proper resolution.
