Logitech G213 Keyboard Keys Not Working – Refund Request

I’ve been using my Logitech G213 keyboard since May, and several of the keys have been unresponsive for quite some time. The issue is ongoing — certain keys such as N, H, F2, and F3 only work when pressed very firmly.

I purchased the keyboard through Amazon, and I still have all invoices and order documents.

I reached out to Penta Communication Technical Service both by email and by phone, but I have not received any response so far. I’ve also heard that this issue is a common or recurring problem with this particular model, which is why I’m not requesting a replacement. Instead, I would like to request a refund for the keyboard, for which I paid approximately $47.

I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
