Logitech Technical Service Returned My Faulty Steering Set Without Any Repairs

I bought a new steering set online, looking forward to an enjoyable and engaging experience. Unfortunately, only 20 days in, I faced an issue. During my simulation experience, I noticed an unsettling noise occurring when I turned the wheel between 0-45 degrees. I carefully recorded the issue, including a comprehensive video and written description, and forwarded the product to the technical service for further assistance. I anticipated a thorough inspection and a solution, but to my disappointment, they sent back the steering set without addressing any issues. It's really disappointing to end up with a defective product after putting in the effort to report the problem correctly. I had faith in the service to uphold their product, but now I find myself questioning whether I made the right decision.
