Dyson Service Damaged My V15 Vacuum





I had requested service for the main head of my Dyson V15 vacuum, which had deformities. The service team fixed the head problem, but when the vacuum was returned from the service center, the tube was bent and all of the other parts were scratched. I've been contacting them on a daily basis for the past week, and I keep hearing that they will respond. I'm requesting a refund. They keep promising to arrange a return. It's perplexing how a reputable brand's service could cause such damage to a previously intact product. I was excited to buy this vacuum, but now I'm almost repulsed by it. If my problem isn't resolved soon, I'll have no choice but to file a lawsuit. We're not talking about a 2,000-3,000 tl purchase here; we're talking about a 20,000 tl investment. I'm hoping you'll be responsible and accept my return.
