Vaillant Air Conditioner Fault: Delayed Service, No Resolution

I bought a Vaillant air conditioner, but there was a serious problem with the external unit. Despite being a brand-new product, the item was found to be defective since the fan failed to rotate owing to an impact. Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, I immediately started a service request, and I was informed that the problem would be resolved within two days. However, a week has passed with no resolution or reaction from the service staff, much to my dismay. When I contacted customer support to inquire about the status of the repair, they just replied that a record had been generated and that my only option was to wait. Frustrated by the lack of progress and communication, I raised my concerns to the customer service staff, who reacted by advising me that if the waiting period was unsatisfactory, I could escalate the problem to the Consumer Rights Authority.
