I am writing to report an issue with an in-app purchase of coins in the Livu application that I made in Chile, which was charged to my account but not credited to my Livu balance.

On April 6, 2026, at approximately 9:30 p.m., I purchased coins through Livu and paid via Mercado Pago. The payment was successfully processed, and the amount was debited from my account. The order ID for this transaction is O7447079358290219016.

Despite the successful charge, the purchased coins were not added to my account in the application. I contacted Livu support regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any clear response or a concrete solution.

As a customer, I believe it is my right to receive the product I paid for. I kindly request that Livu immediately credit the purchased coins to my account without any further delay, or provide an effective resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
