Livu Charged Me but Didn’t Deliver My Coins
On November 15, 2025 at 17:30, I purchased 1,500 coins on Livu for $2 using my bank account. The transaction was approved, the payment was withdrawn from my account, and I still have both the receipt and the transaction link.
However, the coins were never added to my Livu account. This is the second time I have experienced this issue, and I no longer want to deal with repeated problems like this.
My username is 35523267, and my transaction number is 064818. I attempted to contact customer support, but I received no response. I am only experiencing the issue of coins not being delivered; everything else is functioning normally.
I request that my 1,500 coins be added to my account immediately, or that the full amount I paid be refunded. I kindly ask for a quick resolution to this issue.
