On August 13, 2025, I purchased ₺1,440 worth of coins (stones) on the Livu app using my Yapı Kredi bank card. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but the coins were never credited to my Livu account. Immediately after the purchase, I contacted Livu customer support to report the issue, but I have not received any response.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced such a problem on this platform, and the fact that it has happened again has caused me even greater frustration and inconvenience.

I request that the coins I paid for be credited to my account as soon as possible, or alternatively, that I receive a full refund of ₺1,440. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved promptly to prevent further inconvenience.
