• Attach screenshots showing balance changes and call history
Ask them to;
• Review the call logs and billing records for those sessions
• Confirm whether the calls actually connected properly
• Refund or re-credit the unfairly deducted coins
• Fix any bug causing incorrect coin deductions
• Provide a ticket number and a clear resolution timeline
Reduce future losses;
• Avoid continuing calls if you see coins dropping without a proper connection
• Restart the app if calls fail repeatedly
• Make sure you’re on a stable internet connection
• Update LivU to the latest version
