LivU App Charged Me but Did Not Deliver Full Coin Package
On December 20, 2025, at 3:04 PM, I purchased a 990-coin package through the LivU app using my debit card for $1 (converted from 35 at the current exchange rate). However, only 120 coins were credited to my account, and the remaining coins were not added.
I have the payment receipt and proof of transaction and can provide them if requested. I tried to contact customer support through the app but could not find a way to connect with a representative, which is why I am submitting my complaint here.
I am requesting that the full 990 coins I paid for be credited to my account, or that the amount corresponding to the missing coins be refunded. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
