I Face Livu App Didn’t Deliver Purchased 990 Coins to My Account

I purchased 990 coins on the Livu app, but the coins were never added to my account, even though the payment was successfully charged. I would like my coins to be credited to my account immediately.

The payment was made from my card for ₺35, and my user ID is 4163171401. Please transfer the purchased coins to the account linked to my phone. I am requesting support and a quick resolution to this issue. A prompt response would be greatly appreciated.
