I Bought 5,000 Coins on Livu but They Never Reached My Account
I purchased 5,000 coins on Livu earlier today, but they still haven’t been added to my account. I paid through a bank transfer and even submitted a payment receipt, but despite repeatedly contacting their so-called “VIP support” since morning, I haven’t received any solution or response.
This shouldn’t be a complicated issue—just credit the coins I paid for. I even offered to help resolve it quickly by providing proof through my Instagram (@d**ys12...), but still, nothing. If you’re not going to load the coins, why are you selling them in the first place?
I’ve never seen such careless customer service. I made the purchase in good faith and held up my end. Now I’m stuck with no coins, no refund, and no support.
Livu, fix this now. Credit the 5,000 coins I paid for or return my money immediately. Your platform needs to take accountability for failed transactions and treat paying users with respect.
