Livachat Withdrawing Money Without My Consent – I Want a Refund

Livachat has been taking money from my account without my permission at regular intervals. I never authorized these charges, and I have no idea why this is happening! I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized transactions and a guarantee that no further deductions will be made from my account.
