CapCut Billed Me Without Account or App Download — Refund Complaint

On November 7, 2025, an amount of $9 was withdrawn from my Kuveyt Türk mobile account under the name of the CapCut app, without my knowledge or authorization. I have never downloaded the CapCut app, nor have I made any purchase or started any subscription. This transaction occurred completely without my consent.
I have already contacted both Kuveyt Türk customer service and CapCut regarding the issue. Kuveyt Türk informed me that I need to submit a refund request through CapCut’s support channels. However, I currently have no active CapCut account or subscription.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and the $9 be refunded to my account. I also ask that a thorough investigation be conducted and that my loss be fully compensated.
