Unauthorized Charges From Google Chamet Live Despite No Membership

For the past few months, my bank card has been charged at random times, mostly in the early morning, for amounts of ₺45, ₺50, ₺100, ₺200, ₺300, and most recently ₺400. All of these transactions appear under the name “Google Chamet Live.”

I want to make it clear that I have never registered, subscribed, or approved any membership for this app. I never received any confirmation email, approval code, or notification related to these charges.

This situation has caused me serious financial and emotional harm. Having large amounts withdrawn without my consent has made me feel like my security was breached, leaving me with a strong sense of distrust. I was forced to contact my bank’s customer service, cancel my card, and initiate a dispute process to prevent further losses.

I demand an urgent refund of all unauthorized charges, the cancellation of any fraudulent membership that may have been created in my name, and assurance that my account security will be protected going forward.
