Papara Unauthorized Withdrawals for PUBG and SuperLive Apps

I recently discovered that ₺2000 was withdrawn from my Papara account without my consent. I did not authorize any payments, and I have no membership or affiliation with the apps that received the funds—PUBG and SuperLive. I have never used or even downloaded these applications, let alone approved any transactions. I only noticed the charges after the money had already been deducted from my account.

This is deeply upsetting. I didn’t receive any verification request, warning, or notification from Papara before the funds were withdrawn. How can a financial platform allow transactions like these to go through without user approval?

I am demanding an immediate refund of the full ₺2000 and a full explanation of how this was allowed to happen. I expect Papara to take accountability, investigate the matter urgently, and put stricter safeguards in place to prevent unauthorized charges. Please cancel these charges and restore my funds immediately. I should not have to pay for services I never used and never agreed to.
