Falla Charged Me Without Permission—I Demand a Refund

I was charged for a purchase on Falla without my knowledge or consent. I have no idea how this happened, but I never authorized any transaction. I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge.

The security on this app is seriously flawed, and it seems to encourage users to make transactions unknowingly. This is completely unacceptable! Users should not be tricked into making purchases they did not intend.

I expect Falla to take responsibility and process my refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will take further action.
