Domino’s Sent Cold Pizzas Missing Paid Extra Toppings

On May 7, 2026, at 11:51 PM, I placed an online delivery order to my home from the Domino’s Türkiye Etimesgut Piyade branch in Ankara through a food delivery platform. My order included two medium SuperX pizzas, chicken poppers, and fries. I also paid extra to add additional toppings beyond the standard ingredients. However, the order that arrived was a complete disappointment. The pizzas were extremely poor in terms of toppings; to give an idea, even the so‑called “potato pastries” from a bakery that barely contain any potato would look generous next to these pizzas. In addition to the lack of toppings overall, one of the extra ingredients that I paid for was completely missing, and even some of the standard ingredients that should have been on the pizzas were not included. At this point, I am not even focusing on the fact that the order arrived late and ice cold. The main issue for me is how carelessly the food was prepared and how unprofessionally the situation was handled afterward. I sent photos of the pizzas to customer service, yet my complaint was dismissed and I was not provided with either a refund or any meaningful form of compensation. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in both the Etimesgut Piyade branch and Domino’s Türkiye customer support. I could not see any sign of professionalism or a sincere approach to customer satisfaction. I request a full refund for this order and I also expect Domino’s Türkiye to more strictly supervise and inspect its branches so that similar situations do not happen to other customers in the future.

When they got in touch, they said they were very sorry and that they had credited a product to me as a gift, but the credit gave an error. Again, when I spoke with customer service, they said they would fix their mistakes, but of course I got no result again and again. Forget the gift, I don't even want to see a Domino's sign anymore.
