Domino's Pizza Sent Me Cold Undercooked Pizza With Missing Toppings

On 27.03.2026 at around 20:00, I placed an order from Domino’s Mersin Güvenevler branch for a medium Bol Malzemos menu (pizza + 33 cl drink + selected flavors). The pizza that was delivered was cold and undercooked, the garlic-stuffed and cheese-stuffed crust I selected did not come, and the dough was excessively thick in a way that seriously affected the taste and quality. After noticing these problems, I tried to contact the Mersin Güvenevler branch, but they did not answer the phone. When I reached the general center and explained that the product was cold, undercooked, missing the garlic and cheese crust and very thick, I was told that there was nothing they could do, so I did not receive any support or solution. Because the product I received was both incomplete and of very poor quality, I request that a new product that matches my original order and is properly prepared be sent to me. I expect Domino’s to take this complaint seriously, ensure that the branch is reviewed, and prevent similar issues from recurring.
