Yemek Sepeti Sent Me a Poor Quality Pizza and Refused a Refund

On August 29 at 16:26, I ordered an XL pizza through Yemeksepeti from Domino's. However, the pizza I received had very little topping, almost no sauce or cheese, and the dough was like dry bread. My order number is #mc0o-2535-8lzg. I contacted Yemeksepeti customer service regarding this issue, but the representative was indifferent and said they saw no problem, refusing to help. My request for a product replacement was denied, and when I then asked for a refund, that was also rejected. I have never experienced such an issue when ordering from other Domino's branches before, but this one caused me serious inconvenience. I expect both a refund and an apology for the inconvenience I faced.
