Pointless Account Restriction And Ridiculous 'Solution' at Linkedin

A while ago, I noticed that my account was logged in 4 different locations, which I was not familiar with. So I wanted to change my password in case someone else logged in to my account too. So I did, on my phone. As normal as it is, the application logged me off. And I logged in with my new password, checking the 'remember me' box. I used to be logged in every time I opened the app, but after changing my password and logging in once, I wasn't logged in when I opened the app. So I entered my phone number and new password and they asked me a very intelligent security question, which I failed. I did it again this time and it was the right choice. But then, a page appeared which said 'Your account has been currently restrained' (roughly, I was using Turkish as my language). And to remove the restriction, they wanted a photo of either my ID card, passport, or driving license if I have one. And I don't want to send them my ID card or whatever, if I knew such a thing could happen and they would ask for my ID card to resolve it, I would definitely not sign up. I rather want them to delete my account, this is ridiculous. Also, I am not even really active on my account, how could I trigger such suspicion?
