Akbank Mobile App Keeps Failing My Password Reset Attempts

I forgot my password on the Akbank mobile app, and I'm finding the app's guidance to be quite lacking. Whenever I attempt to reset it with my ID card, it continually requests verification and urges me to log in once more. If I can log in, then why would I choose the "forgot my password" option? The design of this app seems to be missing careful consideration. I need to pay off my credit debt, but I'm having trouble accessing the app to complete the payment. If I run into any problems because of this, it certainly won't be on me. Akbank must address this issue promptly, as fundamental functionality shouldn't be this difficult.
