LG TV Wi-Fi Issues & Poor Customer Support – Remote Malfunctions Too

On March 2 (Sunday), between 13:40-13:46, I called LG customer service (444 6 543) from my mother's registered phone (5335****28) to report an internet connection issue with her LG TV. Despite repeatedly explaining that four other devices in the house connected to Wi-Fi without issues, the representative insisted I switch my phone to mobile data instead. Then, to make matters worse, she abruptly hung up on us!

We managed to fix the issue ourselves, but the TV still randomly disconnects from Wi-Fi. On top of that, the scrolling middle button on the remote is extremely faulty—it constantly misclicks and jumps to different menus, making it nearly impossible to enter passwords for Wi-Fi or apps.
