My New LG Smart TV Keeps Disconnecting from Wi-Fi and No One Can Fix It

We recently bought an LG Smart TV, expecting top-tier performance after spending a significant amount of ₺, but it has been nothing but a headache. From the very beginning, we’ve been dealing with constant Wi-Fi disconnection issues. It drops from the network repeatedly—not once, not twice, but continuously—and it refuses to reconnect without a manual reset.
We’ve contacted LG customer support multiple times, but there’s still no permanent solution. They either offer generic advice or simply say they’ll “look into it,” but nothing ever improves. We paid for a high-end product and ended up with a daily struggle.
LG, I’m requesting an immediate fix—whether through a software patch or, if necessary, a replacement unit. If this is a known software issue, admit it and resolve it. Customers shouldn’t have to beg for functionality that should work right out of the box.
