LG 49SJ800V TV Panel Failed After 5 Years and Replacement Costs ₺19,000

Our television, which we started using at the end of 2018, has been experiencing various failures day by day. As I mentioned in previous years, we began using it in late 2018, and our first service record was in 2019. Since then, it's been one problem after another. The last issue we dealt with was the Wi-Fi connection constantly disconnecting, which we somehow managed to handle. But now, the TV panel has completely failed. Unfortunately, after just 5 years of use, our TV is no longer usable. We called the service and paid ₺750 just to be told the panel was defective, and the replacement fee offered was an absurd ₺19,000. Yes, you heard right—₺19,000! If you try to buy an equivalent brand TV on the market today, you can easily find options for ₺12-13,000. My advice is to think twice before purchasing an LG TV. It seems no one cares about quality or customer satisfaction anymore. We now have a TV that’s essentially junk after 5 years and an unhappy customer. Thank you, LG Customer Service. I will never buy an LG product for my home again.
