LG TV I Purchased Has Ongoing Issues and They Refuse to Replace It Despite Clear Faults

I bought a TV from LG, but it turned out to be faulty right from the start. I contacted their service center, and they took the TV to their workshop for testing. They claimed the remote control was defective, replaced it, and returned the TV — but the same problem persisted.
The service team that delivered and set up the TV identified the issue, recorded it on video, and emailed it to LG headquarters. Afterward, I received a phone call telling me the problem was supposedly caused by interference from a nearby base station. They refused to replace the TV, insisting it wasn't their fault.
How am I supposed to fix an issue caused by external interference? Why should I be forced to use a defective TV? I purchased a working product and expect it to function properly. I demand that LG resolve this issue immediately by replacing the faulty TV or offering a full refund. Customers should not have to accept defective goods!
