After just a couple of weeks, I realised that my new Levi's trousers were leaving marks on my phone. I returned them to Levi's at Optimum Mall, where I initially purchased them. They contacted me later, informing me that my trousers had been approved and were ready for pick-up. However, they also stated that they would contact me the following day, but they failed to do so. After a week had gone by, I decided to give them a call, only to find out that the trousers still haven't been approved. We spent 3000 on trousers, but they somehow manage to leave marks from a phone in the front pocket. And now, they have the audacity to blame it on us, calling it user error.
