Levi’s Jeans Defective—Refund Sent to Wrong Account & No Warranty Support
I purchased two pairs of Levi’s jeans from Marmara Park AVM in Istanbul. After a short time, I noticed that one of the jeans had fabric deterioration on the back in multiple spots. I reported this issue to customer service, and after some time, they informed me that a refund had been processed to my credit card.
However, the refund never arrived. After following up, it was revealed that Levi’s mistakenly refunded someone else’s credit card instead of mine. To make matters worse, when I reached out again, they claimed that the product was not under warranty, so they refused to conduct an inspection or resolve the issue.
For a well-established brand like Levi’s, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund to my correct account and proper customer support. Has anyone else experienced this? Levi’s, take responsibility for your mistakes and stand by your products!
