Levi's Jeans Fading Problems and Lack of Support
I purchased a pair of Levi's jeans from the store 7 months ago, and within a month, they faded. I got a replacement, but the new pair also faded. After that, I received no further support. I took the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board, which ruled in my favor, but Levi's appealed, and I still haven't received my refund. I'm fed up with Levi's policies. There's no accountability or support for their products. The price of these jeans has now doubled. Other pairs I bought have also faded. Levi's products no longer justify their price, and there's no one to stand behind their quality. I've been chasing a refund for 7 months for their subpar products and won't give up.
