Levi's Jeans Came with Malfunctioning Zippers, Sales Assistants Denied Help

I have never seen such disrespect. All my jeans and shirts are Levis brand and I wear them with pleasure, but I don't know what to do after this disrespect. I went to Ankara Nata-Vega Levis store and noticed that the factory zipper of one of my newly purchased jeans was defective. I reported that the zipper was defective and they didn't even care. By the way, I always buy 3 pairs of the same jeans. The Ankara Nata-Vega Levis store employee declared that it was not a corporate company and that I could complain wherever I wanted and that there would be no consequences. He did his best to make me angry. The zipper just doesn't close. The male officer who took care of me was not there, so I had to deal with 2 ladies. One of them told me that her name was N*****, if it's true, and the other one is a short lady. I think you would agree with me if you saw the way they talked. My only request was that the zipper not close and that they help me. I was not disrespectful in the slightest, but as an employer, I was astonished that there were employees who belittled their own company in this way. Then I opened a Complaint on Levis.com.tr. Levi’s® Customer Service [ticket# 3342822] Turkey Registration No: 973843. Surprisingly, they did not even care as the cashier said. Now I am sending you our e-mail conversation. It is up to you. (I cannot include the e-mail conversations because they are long, I will add them later)

The store altered 3 of my Levis jeans, and now I can't use them. Their originality has been ruined, and I want to exchange my 3 pairs of jeans. I just learned that stores do not perform alterations and repairs. Instead of providing me with the correct sizes of the jeans, they performed a terrible cut under the name of "Repair, Alteration."

Your store previously repaired and altered three pairs of my jeans during my last purchase. I am reporting this complaint to you. Have you understood this so far? Secondly, the store said to complain to whoever I want, and if they are telling the truth, they are claiming that you are not a corporate firm. I will play the recorded audio in court, which I made with permission. Moreover, they audaciously say that nothing will change no matter who I complain to. So, they must be right. The hems of the jeans I previously bought were altered by our Ankara Nata Vega branch. If these products, as you mentioned, do not have alteration services, then they have compromised their originality. Three pairs of Levis 511 jeans. In that case, I need to request their replacement as well. I also demand the necessary compensation for unauthorized alterations. This branch violated your rules by altering my jeans. The reason was that they did not have sizes that fit me, and instead of ordering new ones, they altered the products they had in stock to sell them. Please ensure that a copy of these emails is sent to Ms. Sibel and Mr. Murat. You have not even addressed my complaint, nor have you asked about it. You immediately went on the defensive.
