Calvin Klein Sold Me a Jacket With a Defective Zipper and Refuses to Fix It
I bought a jacket from the Calvin Klein store in Antalya Terracity AVM, but unfortunately, it has a manufacturing defect—the zipper skips teeth and doesn’t close properly. From the moment I made my purchase, I've been seeking a resolution, yet the store has been unhelpful. Additionally, the staff reacted with a dismissive tone, stating, “Feel free to complain wherever you wish.” It's frustrating to witness this kind of conduct from a store associated with a reputable brand. It’s evident that they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. If this issue isn't resolved here, I will take it up further by contacting the brand's international headquarters. I selected Calvin Klein anticipating high quality, but this experience has led me to rethink my future purchases from them.
