Levi's Unauthorized Return & Refund Problem

I placed an order on the Levi's website on May 14th. Despite the product being dispatched, I didn't receive it, so I inquired about its status via email. To my surprise, they had initiated a return without my knowledge or consent. Customer service claimed it was due to damaged packaging, insisting it was merely a packaging issue. I requested they still send the product to avoid further delays and stated I would decide upon its arrival. Despite their assurance of liaising with the shipping company for prompt delivery, the item was returned to the company on May 22nd without being delivered to me. They assured me of an expedited reshipment; however, on May 27th, they informed me that the inspection process was ongoing. This could have been rectified since May 22nd. With ten email exchanges due to the delay, my motivation to receive the product has dwindled. I request the credit card refund to be processed immediately. Thank you.
