I am experiencing FPS and speaker problems with the Lenovo Legion 5 15IAH7H Type 82RB laptop that I purchased through Trendyol Turkey, despite only 1 month passing since the purchase. Although the technical service helped me with the FPS issue, the computer is still not performing as well as it did when I first received it. Despite the technical service resetting the computer 2-3 times to fix the speaker problem and causing me to waste hours, there is still a low sound and a popping noise coming from the speakers. I have not been able to use the product properly for even a day since I bought it. I encounter a problem every time I turn on the computer. I want either a new product or a refund. If my request is not met, I will apply to the consumer arbitration board.
