Problems and No Support From Lenovo After 5 Years

In 2017, I purchased a Lenovo laptop with the expectation of receiving dependable technical support and service from the Lenovo brand. However, as the laptop approached its fifth year, it began to exhibit issues such as hinge issues, keyboard keys, and overall slowdown due to plastic component wear and tear. I decided to seek paid repairs and assistance, but Lenovo redirected me to unknown repair shops, claiming that the purchase was more than 5 years old. I attempted to contact these outside repair companies but was unsuccessful. There is no one to assist or respond! Lenovo's presence in the Turkish market should be reconsidered. I'm addressing the authorities here: brands like these should not be allowed into Turkey unless they have strong customer support. Unfortunately, Lenovo appears to be lacking in this area. Always inquire about available support when purchasing a Lenovo product. This behavior is extremely disappointing, and I am now forced to seek help from Consumer Rights.
