Lenovo Failed to Fix My PCG Think Notebook Despite Multiple Service Attempts
33

The product series is PCG Think Notebook 21J80032TR, and I purchased this Lenovo laptop for ₺46,000. After seven months of use, several keys on the keyboard stopped working, so I sent the device to the authorized service center. They claimed to have replaced the keyboard and returned the laptop. However, upon turning it on, I discovered that the speakers were not working and there was no sound. When I contacted the service center, they advised me to format the device and reinstall the drivers. I had this done by a professional computer technician, but the issue persisted. I was then asked to send the device back again. After the second service, the laptop was returned, but I noticed that the labels on the device had started peeling off. This back-and-forth process prevented me from using my laptop, causing significant disruption to my work. Now, despite only seven months of use, the laptop appears as though it has been used for three years. Due to this situation, I am requesting a replacement for the product.
