My Lenovo Tablet Stuck in Service for 1.5 Months Despite Payment
Despite having paid the fees, my Lenovo tablet has been in technical service for 1.5 months. It's highly infuriating, and Lenovo's technical support in Turkey appears to have no regard for customer satisfaction. I've contacted them at least 20 times, and no one seems willing to help. I urgently request that my tablet be delivered by courier as soon as possible. This never-ending delay has hampered my work and daily life. It's disappointing to encounter such a lack of customer service from a reputable company like Lenovo. I'd appreciate any help you can give me to resolve this situation and finally get my tablet back. Lenovo needs to improve its customer service and prioritize problem resolution.
