On November 6, 2025, I registered on the Lego.tr website and placed my first order for the LEGO® Iconic Traditional Chess Set (40719). I received the order confirmation email, the payment of $119 was charged to my credit card, and order number TS0611463564 was created. However, the next day, when I checked my account with my son, I noticed that my order was not visible. When I searched using the order number, I received a “no order found” warning.
My delivery address is Kandıra, Kocaeli, and I bought this set as a tournament award gift, so receiving it on time and without issues is very important. There are no mistakes in my payment information or delivery address. Other than the order not appearing in my account, I haven’t experienced any other problems. However, during my research, I saw that other users have faced similar issues, and I’m especially concerned about not being able to reach customer service.
