My LEGO Order Disappeared From My Account Even After I Paid $119
On November 6, 2025, I registered on the Lego.tr website and placed my first order for the LEGO® Iconic Traditional Chess Set (40719). I received the order confirmation email, the payment of $119 was charged to my credit card, and order number TS0611463564 was created. However, the next day, when I checked my account with my son, I noticed that my order was not visible. When I searched using the order number, I received a “no order found” warning.
My delivery address is Kandıra, Kocaeli, and I bought this set as a tournament award gift, so receiving it on time and without issues is very important. There are no mistakes in my payment information or delivery address. Other than the order not appearing in my account, I haven’t experienced any other problems. However, during my research, I saw that other users have faced similar issues, and I’m especially concerned about not being able to reach customer service. I wrote to your WhatsApp line and support email 20 minutes ago and haven’t received a response yet.
I request that my order be made visible in my account and shipped quickly after being checked to ensure it is undamaged. I am expecting an urgent update on this matter.
I received my cargo without any problems 5 days after the order. Apart from the order not appearing in my lego.tr account, I did not experience any other issues during the process.
