LEGO Store Delayed My Order for Over Sixteen Days Despite High Shipping Fee

I ordered from Lego Store Turkey on 24 November, and my order number is TS2411366170. It's been sixteen days, and I still haven't received it. Waiting nine days for my order to ship is simply not acceptable for a brand of this reputation. Since December 3rd, the package has been held up in cargo without any updates or clear communication. In addition to the delay, I was hit with a significant shipping fee of ₺130, which only adds to my frustration. I feel quite disappointed with this experience, as I anticipated a much more seamless process from a well-known brand like Lego. After this disappointing experience, I will refrain from making any future purchases from Lego Store Turkey unless there are notable enhancements.
