Lego Store Online Order Arrived Damaged, Refund Delayed for a Month

I purchased a product from the Lego Store online, but it arrived damaged. Following the procedure, I returned the item through Kolay Gelsin shipping with an official damage report. However, even after one month, I have not received my refund. When I contacted Lego customer support, I was informed that they had not received the returned product.

This delay is unacceptable. I followed all the steps as instructed and provided proof of the return process. I demand an immediate resolution and a full refund of my payment without further delay.
