Lego Set Missing Piece – Demanding Free Replacement from Ankamall Store

I purchased a Lego set worth ₺5800 from the Lego store at Ankara Ankamall, only to find that a piece was missing. When I reported the issue, I was told the replacement piece would take a long time to arrive and that I would have to pay a fee upon delivery.

This is completely unacceptable. The missing piece is due to your mistake, and yet you expect me to pay for something I should have received with my original purchase. Customer satisfaction seems to be nonexistent.

I demand that Lego resolves this issue promptly by providing the missing piece at no cost. As a loyal customer, I shouldn’t have to pay extra for your error. Please take full responsibility for this problem.
