My Lee Cooper Campaign Orders Were Canceled Despite Being Personal Purchases

I wanted to take advantage of a promotional campaign on Lee Cooper men's and women's T-shirts sold by Boyner through Hepsiburada. I ordered size S shirts for my wife and size XL shirts for myself, selecting only the colors we liked. Since the prices were attractive, I also purchased four additional T-shirts as gifts for my sibling in Mersin. However, I later discovered that all of my orders had been canceled one after another on the grounds of being a “bulk commercial purchase.”
My order numbers are 4643498592, 4782911722, 4890759735, 4120625012, 4065160616, 4074097821, and 4155318933. In my opinion, a purchase can only reasonably be considered commercial when multiple sizes and quantities of the same product are purchased as inventory or resale stock. In my case, I only purchased sizes suitable for myself and my family members. Using the same logic, discounted XL-size pants I purchased from Koton should also be considered commercial purchases and canceled, yet they were not. Likewise, I previously bought four pairs of the same DeFacto shorts in different colors for my son, all in the same size. Would those purchases also be considered commercial? This inconsistent application of policy has left me feeling unfairly treated.
I have been shopping through the same account and under the same username for years as a Hepsiburada Premium member. There are no different identities, accounts, or unusual purchasing patterns involved. I struggle to understand how placing multiple separate orders from the same account for family use could automatically be interpreted as a commercial transaction. My only intention was to take advantage of a legitimate promotion for my household.
When I contacted customer service, the representative repeatedly read from what appeared to be a scripted response and simply kept repeating the phrase “bulk commercial purchase.” No complaint record was created on my behalf. I also requested to speak with a supervisor, but that request was denied, and no alternative solution was offered. Furthermore, there was no stated purchase limit on the products, making the cancellation decision seem even more unreasonable.
For all of these reasons, I request that my canceled Lee Cooper T-shirt orders not be classified as commercial purchases and that the orders be reinstated, approved, and shipped to me as originally placed.
