Pull and Bear Orange Toyota Jacket Orders Keep Getting Cancelled Repeatedly

I have been trying to purchase the Orange Toyota Jacket with product code 7701533 from Pull and Bear’s Turkey website, but my orders keep getting cancelled a few hours after I place them. Since 3rd of this month I have ordered this jacket around 10 times, and each time the system has allowed me to complete the order and take payment, but then approximately four hours later the order is cancelled by Pull and Bear. Some of the cancelled orders are the following: No. 20195620374, No. 20195618908, No. 20270260075, No. 20270251249, No. 20195579698 and No. 20195577840. Each time the payment was taken from my card and then returned, so this process has been repeatedly creating unnecessary payment transactions on my account. When I contacted customer service, the only explanation I received was that it was due to an “operational issue”, without any clear or permanent solution. I would like Pull and Bear to resolve this problem and complete my purchase successfully. Specifically, I want to be able to buy this Orange Toyota Jacket in both S and L sizes without further cancellations or payment issues, and I kindly request a clear explanation of why this keeps happening and that it is permanently fixed.
