I Want My Lee Cooper T-Shirt Order Honored at the Price Shown at Checkout

On May 12, 2026, I placed an order through Hepsiburada from the Boyner store under order number 4308566630. The order consisted of various Lee Cooper T-shirts, including different colors and styles of Lee Cooper London logo and crew-neck models. The total amount paid was $21, which I paid in a single credit card transaction.
Two days after placing the order, my purchase was canceled unilaterally without my approval on the grounds of a “pricing error.” If there truly was a pricing mistake, it should have been identified before the products were added to the cart or before the order was confirmed and payment was accepted. I do not find it acceptable that the order was successfully placed, payment was collected, and then the transaction was canceled after a two-day delay. As a result, my money was unnecessarily tied up during this period.
In addition, after the company canceled the order, I was informed that it could take approximately seven more days for the payment to be refunded by the bank. This creates both an inconvenience and a financial disadvantage. I do not believe customers should bear the consequences of pricing mistakes made by the seller, nor should their funds remain unavailable for days because of an issue they did not cause.
I request that all of the canceled Lee Cooper T-shirts be delivered at the prices displayed in my cart and on the payment page at the time of purchase. If the company refuses to honor the order, I expect a thorough review of this practice so that customers are not unfairly affected by pricing-error cancellations. I also request that my inconvenience and financial loss resulting from this process be properly addressed.
