I Still Haven’t Received My Lee Cooper Refund Months After Returning My Jeans
On October 15, 2025, I purchased two pairs of jeans from the Lee Cooper online store under order number 5655****34**. Although I returned the products, the refund amount of $57 has still not been paid to me, even after several months have passed.
During my conversations with customer service, I was informed that there had been an issue processing the refund back to my credit card. I was asked to provide my IBAN details, which I promptly submitted. Despite this, no payment was made. In a later conversation, I was told that the refund had been processed on January 20. However, after carefully reviewing my bank account transactions, I can confirm that no refund payment has been received. During my most recent contact with customer service, I was informed that the matter would be forwarded to the accounting department, but I have still not received any resolution or update.
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation, refunds made under the right of withdrawal must be returned to the consumer within a maximum of 14 days from the date the seller receives the cancellation notice. It is clear that this legal deadline has been significantly exceeded.
I demand that my outstanding refund of $57 be paid without further delay and that written proof of the payment transaction be provided to me. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will exercise all available legal rights, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately and without any further unnecessary delays.
