Dyson Airwrap Order Missing Campaign Gifts - No Support Provided

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap (regular ID model) from Dyson’s official store on Hepsiburada on Saturday. While I was making this purchase, there was also a campaign on Dyson’s own store for the same product at the same price, but with additional gifts stated on their website. Despite this, no campaign gifts were sent with my Hepsiburada order. When I contacted Hepsiburada customer service about this issue, they simply forwarded me to Dyson and did not take any responsibility. Dyson, on the other hand, did not take any action and I was left to deal with this situation on my own. I find this attitude from Hepsiburada non-sense and disrespectful, especially as the platform where the sale took place and where the “official store” is listed. I request that Hepsiburada compensate my loss arising from not receiving the gifts offered in the campaign and provide a clear apology for leaving me alone with this unethical problem instead of supporting me as a customer.
