Lee Cooper Website Crash and Useless Customer Service

On September 29, 2025, while trying to shop through Lee Cooper’s website, the site kept crashing. When I attempted to complete my purchase via the mobile app, it gave an error. I tried three times to make a payment with my credit card, all of which failed, and only managed to pay with a different bank card. Despite this, no order was created and I lost valuable time. On the same day at 14:41, I had a six-minute call with customer service (Order No: 5692******68), but the representative dismissed the issue, saying “these things can happen, try again later,” and repeatedly asked if I had any other questions just to end the call. No solution, apology, or follow-up was provided. I had trusted the Lee Cooper brand when choosing to shop, but the indifference and careless attitude of the customer service left me very disappointed. I demand that the company apologize for the technical problems and poor handling by the customer service team, take corrective steps to restore customer satisfaction, and impose necessary measures against the representatives involved.
