Lee Cooper Quality Complaint


Hello there, the stuff I bought from Lee Cooper is messed up because of fabric/manufacturing issues and I can't use them. After just one or two uses, the fabric of the product tore significantly. The defective item was sent to the store for evaluation, but the company did not react quickly. After trying to reach out to them multiple times through calls, messages, and emails, they still haven't done anything to make up for the harm. They asked for more money to exchange the item, ignoring the fact that it was unusable. Since my ask for replacement products based on the number of items sold was not fulfilled, I asked for a refund for my defective products.
I want to return all the items listed on the invoice because I didn't feel a connection with the brand and I'm not keen on using their products. I'd like to get a refund for the defective products I bought in January 2023, including legal interest and inflation.
