LCW Sent Defective Sweatshirt - No Response From Customer Service

On October 28, 2025, I ordered three sweatshirts with the code W4LU81Z8 - F7Z from LCW’s website. My order was delivered to my workplace on October 31, 2025. However, one of the products was defective, as it had a hole in it. As soon as I noticed the defect, I called LCW’s customer service number several times, but I couldn’t reach anyone except the automated AI system. I also tried contacting them through the live chat section on their website, but again, only the chatbot responded. I reported the defect in writing and uploaded a photo of the faulty product. Even though I selected the “exchange with a new one” option, LCW has not responded to me in any way. I have been inconvenienced both by receiving a defective item and by the inability to reach a real customer representative. For my order, which cost ₺1,037.03, I first expect an apology from LCW. I also request that they collect the defective product from my address without further inconvenience and issue a full refund.
